The Spring Equinox Invitation~ Illumine Your Sol Course

As the Astrological New Year begins & in the spirit of the Spring Equinox, I want to invite you to join me for one of my favorite courses, Illumine Your Sol~ Dance and Journal Course. The energy held within this Seasonal course is so magical and aligned with the Spring Equinox. It awakens & ignites the first spark of light of the Sun, as well as illuminating your emerging Sol Path.

The darkness of Winter that was offered, was an invitation to slow down & go within- giving you moments of inner stillness needed to prepare for the return of the light of the Sun (Sol), as well as the re-alignment with your inner Sol light. As you step upon your Sol Path, may you remember that YOU ARE THE GIFT, a light that is designed to shine. The foundation from which you shine your light into this world is based on what ignites and enlivens your beautiful heart + soul, allowing you to shine forth the gift that you are into the world and beyond!
