Ignite Your Sol Vision
I first offered my Illumine Your Sol Course in 2019, and since then I have only gone through the whole process a handful of times. Whether it was during an official launch, or to use an aspect of the course as a tool- it allowed me to get into the flow with my dreams while gaining greater connection, clarity, and alignment within.
That is one of the magical treasures held within this seasonal dance, journal + mediation course. It’s an invitation to learn to connect within and trust in your inner guidance, taking inspired “solerise” (inspired action steps with the soles of your feet up your ray of sun (sol)) action steps towards living the dreams that are alive within your heart and soul.
I felt inspired at the launch of the Spring Equinox Illumine Your Sol Course Invitation to go through each of the 14 days in its entirety, to see what has shifted and grown within me since the Winter Solstice Invitation. It’s a such a beautiful cyclical process to go through, each page of journal prompts, inspiration, and imagery tailored to the essence of the season of nature- to encourage you to awaken & embody your own natural and personal season on your sol path.
This season something felt different.
It was one of those sweet & magical moments where a portal opens and I am able to “see” the world, and my being in the world through the lens within my heart. It is the widest aspect of my heart where the light of my Sol infinitely shines- the light that is always guiding me, the light that I am an extension of as a ray of sun, the light of god, goddess, nature, universe, source energy and all that is.
Each day I feel the mediation, dancing, journaling, inspiration & the energy of the course calling me to open my heart wider- and be present to the knowledge and wisdom that is awakening within me.
I can feel the deeper meaning that is being woven as I am building a new Sol Vision- one that will not only guide me, but will ignite me to choose the steps to live the life that is alive and vital within my heart, fully enjoying my Sol Path Journey!
I want to share a few NEW journal prompts and a few of my responses, that were illuminated during my emerging sol vision journalling session just a few days ago- and ones that I will be adding to the Summer Solstice Invitation of Illumine Your Sol Course.
If my Sol Vision had a Color what would it be? It would be green- deep rich moss green, the color of vitality.
If my Sol Vision had a Sound what would it sound like? It would sound like birdsong, water flowing in a creek bed over smooth earthen stones, the wind blowing through the leaves, the crackling of a warm fire on the edge of lake.
If my Sol Vision had a Feel, what would it feel like? It would feel like natural fibers, knitting with wool- soft wool like alpaca or merino, it would feel sturdy and warm like wood, it would feel like an apothecary shed filled with tincture bottles with herbal remedies, it would feel like when the sky turns from night to day- the liminal light- stars and moon with a gentle glow of light on the horizon, like a cup of coffee in my favorite pottery mug, it would be the feeling to look to the sky only to met with the beauty of a rainbow, a sun halo or a shooting star.
If my Sol Vision had a scent, what would it smell like? It would smell like roses at sunrise, or the intoxicating scent of holy basil after running my hands over its flowers, it would smell like a pine forest after rainfall, it would smell like lavender scented candles lit at dawn, it would smell like a fresh brew of coffee or tea.
If my Sol Vision Awakened something within me, what would it awaken? It would awaken the light and love within me, the god presence within, the passion within, the creative flow within, the wonder and beauty within, the joy within, the wellbeing, love and abundance within, the appreciation within.
Each of these new journal prompts ignite my emerging Sol Vision. They ignite not only my thoughts, but I also now embody the vitality and energy of my Sol Vision that will naturally guide each SoleRise step on my Sol Path Journey!
This is the key!
To feel & embody the energy and excitement awakened within your Sol Vision. This allows you to remember the dreams held within your mind, and the dreams that are alive within your heart- guiding you step by step up your ray of sunshine!
Your ignited Sol Vision is a portal & keeper to the magic of your dreams. It carries the essence of the feelings you desire to have when they manifest in your reality. It serves as a powerful tool- that will guide you to align within and connect with your inner being and the feelings of your dreams now.
Your ignited Sol Vision isn’t about waiting for the dream to manifest in your reality to feel how you want to feel~ it’s about practicing aligning within to the good feelings you already possess, and can connect to now. You become the feeling- and then by the universal law of attraction are a magnet for the people, places and experiences that match your dreams most alive within you.
There is a bit of mystery within the Sol Path Journey as well, that requires an open and curious mind and heart. For when you choose to create your Sol Vision- there will be valuable twists and turns, that will amplify your dreams and manifest them in more magical ways than you had imagined possible.
